From finding to accountable action
The Recovery workbench organizes cases by priority, severity and status. It exposes an Auto-create cases control and allows teams to review the discrepancy context before deciding what to pursue.
Keep the team on the same page
A case has an assignee, resolution notes, recovered amount and a communication log. The visible log supports notes, email, calls, chat and Myntra ticket records, with inbound, outbound and internal directions.
Know what each status means
The product exposes open, in review, submitted, recovered, rejected and closed states. Teams should use submitted only when a marketplace acknowledgement exists and recovered only when payment evidence supports it. A promising claim is not cash recovered.
Measure the recovery operation
Review the value awaiting action, case ageing, assigned workload and confirmed outcomes. Treat period and basis filters consistently. A public case study should report its measurement period, scope and confirmed recovery, not a total generated by repeated reconciliation runs.
