Start with your commercial agreement
Configure the commission basis, category, gender and price slabs that apply to your contract. The inspected product exposes 155 commission rules and separate controls for fixed fees, GT/logistics, return fees and tax settings. These are tenant-specific settings, not universal marketplace rates.
Follow the calculation
Open an order line to see the source values, matched commission rule, fixed-fee slab, GT charge, return fee and component deductions. This makes it easier to explain why an expected charge differs from a payout entry.
Separate two different questions
Invoice-to-payout reconciliation checks whether the marketplace settled its own invoiced amounts. Contract auditing checks whether charged amounts match your negotiated terms. Use the basis that answers the commercial question; do not mix both results into one recovery claim.
Resolve missing mappings first
An order without the applicable category, level or zone may not have a defensible expected value. Review unmapped items before treating the resulting variance as money owed. Keep rule changes traceable to the relevant agreement and period.
